Commercial Disputes Between Members
ATA works to educate its members in sound business practices and professional conduct. However, commercial disputes occur even among the most responsibly run business entities. It is ATA's policy not to undertake to resolve or publicize such disputes between members.
Member Resolutions Policy and Procedures
Active and Corresponding members may submit formal proposals asking the association to take a position or action on an important subject. Structure and criteria of these proposals as well as submission and review procedures are detailed in this policy on member resolutions.
Board Elections Policy
Every year, ATA holds elections for three Directors' positions (three-year term). In odd-numbered years, elections are held for the positions of President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer. The elections procedure, from the Nominating Committee to the campaign to the voting, is detailed here.
